What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Illinois dental license in good standing (or ability to obtain before start date)
• A commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow professionally

Compensation & Financial Security

Competitive Collection-Based Model:
Earn 35% of collections. In our 100% fee-for-service environment, your earnings reflect your clinical skill and productivity—no insurance limitations.

New Associate Transition Support:
Your first six months include guaranteed monthly minimum compensation, providing financial stability as you build patient relationships and transition confidently into collections-based compensation.

Our Story Associates In Dentistry was founded in Canton, Illinois in 1972 and has grown into one of the region's most respected dental practices. Our growth has been deliberate and sustainable. We added locations in Washington (1974), Bartonville (1978), and our Peoria office (1983).
