The Attending Dentist accepts the responsibility as an educator to create a learning environment and facilitate the development of dental residents. The Attending Dentist will provide learning activities that will encourage intellectual inquiry, critical analysis, and self-directed and independent learning, implementation of an ongoing comprehensive evaluation program to assess resident learning and teaching effectiveness to ensure a quality program.
