The Family Health Center of Marshfield, Inc. dental group’s mission is to serve patients through accessible, high-quality dental care, research, and education. We primarily focus on a patient population living in underserved areas of Wisconsin. Our System includes ten FQHCs, approximately 50 general dentists and 40 hygienists, along with pediatric dentists and oral surgeons. We work closely with the Marshfield Clinic Health System to improve health outcomes for our patients through providing comprehensive oral health care, emergency oral care, and education to all patients. Our teams are committed to working together to provide better access for patients throughout our communities and state.

Our dentists provide general dental treatment for patients including oral disease diagnosis and treatment, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, operative dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics.
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) required.
Must hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain a valid, unrestricted license to practice in the State of Wisconsin. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart
Association required upon hire.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive two-year guaranteed salary, $180,000/year or more based on experience

Candidates may be eligible to apply for the Wisconsin Health Professions Loan Assistance Program, established to assist rural and urban underserved communities in recruiting and retaining primary care health and dental professionals. Dentists who agree to work at an eligible site located in a federally designated health professional shortage area (HPSA) are eligible for up to $50,000 in education loan repayment assistance through this competitive program. Dental hygienists are eligible for up to $25,000. A service commitment of three years is required in a federally designated HPSA.
