Provide high quality comprehensive primary oral health care for CCHC patients and positively impact the overall oral health conditions of the community and the State of Illinois.
Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients, including regular cleanings, root canals, and surgical extractions.
Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral health.
Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans. Provide medications as necessary. Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments and consultations. Collaboration with local state and federal oral health as well as medical health professionals and programs. Support of water fluoridation, school sealant programs, oral cancer screenings and participation in various other community programs to positively influence the community's overall oral health.
Monday- Thursday only, full time benefits, including 11 paid holidays, health, dental vision and basic life insurance, short and long tern disability and an excellent retirement program. student loan repayment available, all license paid for by CCHC.
DMD or DDS required, background screening and drug test.
